Talhenbont Hall, an award-winning wedding venue set in the beautiful North Wales countryside, approached us to improve their digital presence. While the venue itself was stunning, the website didn’t reflect the same clarity or charm. The goal was to streamline the booking journey, nurture enquiries more effectively, and reposition the brand as a premium destination for weddings.
The Solution
We started by restructuring the website to simplify the user experience and make key content easier to access. Essential information, such as venue details, availability, and contact options, was reorganised into a more intuitive layout. To guide users through the journey, we embedded strategically placed, aesthetically matched calls to action (CTAs) that encouraged couples to enquire or book a visit.
To support lead nurturing, we integrated a Mailchimp email marketing sequence triggered by new enquiries. This kept couples engaged with timely follow-ups, real wedding inspiration, testimonials, and useful planning information, helping Talhenbont Hall convert interest into bookings.
