Nathan founded Rowe & Bear in 2014 with a vision of helping ambitious businesses grow through strategy, branding and digital marketing. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives, shape project direction and identify opportunities for long-term growth. From initial strategy through to project delivery, Nathan is passionate about building lasting partnerships and helping businesses achieve measurable success.

Bonnie Copeland

Studio Manager

Bonnie is responsible for keeping the studio running smoothly, overseeing project coordination, client communication and day-to-day operations. Her organisation, attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience ensure every project progresses efficiently from start to finish.

Niles Boyton
