North Wales Community Law

A brand refresh and new bilingual website helped this vital community service build trust, improve accessibility, and better represent the people it serves, while ongoing marketing materials help keep their message clear and consistent.

The Brief

North Wales Community Law (NWCL) is an independent charity that provides free, expert legal advice to people across the region. From housing and benefits to employment and family matters, their mission is to support individuals facing challenges in their everyday lives. NWCL approached us to help modernise their brand, improve online accessibility, and ensure their message was reaching the right people, clearly, consistently, and professionally.

The Solution

We began with a full brand strategy process, taking the time to understand NWCL’s purpose, values, and audiences. The resulting visual identity included a subtle yet meaningful rebrand, introducing a more modern logo, colour palette, and typefaces while retaining the organisation’s trusted and approachable tone.

Once the brand was established, we produced a complete set of brand guidelines to support internal consistency across digital and print communications. As part of the rollout, we also provided professional brand photography to ensure their people, values, and community presence were represented in an authentic and engaging way.

From there, we designed and developed a new fully bilingual website. Built with accessibility in mind, the site allows users to find the information they need quickly, access key services in both English and Welsh, and build confidence in the support NWCL offers. The design prioritised clarity, usability, and mobile optimisation, making it easy to access legal advice from any device.

To support ongoing outreach and community engagement, we’ve continued working with NWCL to produce a range of branded marketing materials, including roller banners, flyers, and posters, helping to raise awareness and reach more people across North Wales.

Whether online or in person, every element of the brand now works together to present NWCL as the approachable, professional, and community-driven charity it is.
