The challenge
Wern Vets is a long-established, RCVS-accredited veterinary practice with roots going back over 40 years and locations across North Wales.
The practice needed a more modern brand and website, but with decades of recognition behind the Wern Vets name, completely reinventing the identity wasn’t the answer.
The challenge was to carefully modernise the brand, improve the online experience and protect the strong Google rankings the existing website had already established.
Our approach
We began with a subtle brand refresh, retaining the familiar Wern Vets identity while refining the logo, shapes and colour palette to create a cleaner and more contemporary look.
We then designed a new website around the needs of veterinary clients, making services, practice locations and contact information easier to access across desktop and mobile. Particular attention was given to their 24-hour emergency care, ensuring urgent information is clearly accessible throughout the website.
Before launch, we carried out a full SEO audit and carefully mapped existing URLs and redirects to protect valuable rankings and ensure the transition to the new website didn’t undo years of established search visibility.
